Requirements
Excel Network Rent a Car approached us to help them modernise their website, creating a mobile responsive site with modern features including an online booking and enquiry form.
While website traffic is increasingly received via mobile devices, this is especially the case for Excel’s customers. A mobile responsive, user-friendly layout ensures customers access the most vital information quickly to create customer satisfaction from their earliest interactions with the company.
Our Process
Excel Network Rent a Car are a locally owned and operated rental car service in Adelaide. Prior to building their new website and booking portal we undertook to update the business branding.
A bolder, more active treatment for the name that incorporates the idea of road travel was chosen. This offered graphic styling that more easily extends to other marketing materials that reinforce the brand.
Arris have produced stickers, signage and leaflets, further extending the branding we developed for Excel Network Rent A Car.
Results
With the updated branding to guide us through the rebuild process, we were able to build a clean, mobile responsive site for Excel Network Rent a Car to consolidate their online presence.
The user-friendly layout ensures customers can access the key information quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction from their earliest interactions with the company.
